Main Responsibility
1. Safely operate production line assets to meet quality standards and legislative compliance.
2. Uphold rigorous safety and quality practices aligned with ISO, HACCP, environmental and HMRC requirements.
3. Optimise line performance to ensure consistent, efficient output and raise improvement opportunities.
4. Execute smooth changeovers with a “right first time” mindset.
5. Perform regular quality checks and take corrective action when needed.
6. Conduct basic maintenance and safety checks to keep your workspace safe and organised.
7. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and GMP through scheduled housekeeping tasks.
8. Actively contribute to team meetings, strategy sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Drive performance across key KPI’s, safety, quality, and efficiency.
