About the role We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as the Change Manager – within our EMEA Strategy & Transformation group. This is a pivotal role for a high-caliber expert who thrives on translating high-level strategy into on-the-ground action, ensuring the measurable adoption of our 2026 plan across the EMEA region. This is a key role within the Transformation team where you will be responsible for leading end-to-end change management activities, covering behaviors, processes, and systems. Partnering closely with the Transformation Senior Manager, HR and Communication functions, as well as divisional and sub-regional transformation leaders, you will design and deliver pragmatic, targeted interventions that integrate our concurrent agendas—including our 80/20 strategy, operating model, and new DSS culture. You will act as a "Center of Excellence," maintaining our change framework while managing the delicate balance of sequencing and trade-offs to protect project delivery and benefits realization. The successful candidate will be expected to coach and constructively challenge senior leaders, ensuring they are equipped to lead through transition. You will coordinate with sub-regional change agents, L&D, and Internal Communications to deliver robust training and resistance management plans. Your ability to map complex stakeholder landscapes and drive corrective action when adoption is off-track will be essential in ensuring a smooth transition to business-as-usual across our multinational, matrix environment. About you Demonstrable experience in leading change management within large-scale transformation programs, with at least 6 years specifically focused on accountability for change outcomes Solid knowledge of structured change management approaches, including methodology development, adoption measurement, and benefits realisation Strong analytical and planning abilities, with a practical bias toward targeted interventions and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities independently Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage with, coach, and report to Leadership Teams Experienced in a matrixed or multi-site environment, ideally with familiarity in change enablement across leadership behaviours, processes, and technology Change Management certification a plus A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups and drive a culture of continuous improvement through lessons learned Location: This is a full-time role, split between home working and our Head Office in Paddington, London with limited travel as required.
