We are working with a public‑sector organisation to recruit an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to support delivery of inspections and remedial programmes across occupied housing stock. This is an initial 3‑month contract, suited to surveyors with proven public‑sector experience and a solid understanding of Awaab’s Law and HHSRS. The Role You will be responsible for undertaking damp, mould and condensation inspections, identifying root causes and ensuring appropriate remedial action is specified and progressed.
