What will you do as an Accounts Supervisor?
* Supervise daily operations of a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Support and guide junior staff with training and task delegation
* Process sales and purchase orders, and manage invoice generation
* Handle customer and supplier queries via phone and email
* Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and logistics partners
* Monitor and reconcile customer & supplier accounts
* Ensure compliance with internal accounting processes and policies
What do you need as an Accounts Supervisor?
* Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficiency in Sage, Microsoft Word and Excel
* Organised approach with the ability to support others effectively
