What We’re Looking For
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it
7. Experience teaching within the Primary phase (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
8. Warm, patient and imaginative approach to teaching
9. Strong understanding of phonics, early reading and child‑centred learning
10. Flexibility, positivity and a realmitment to pupil progress
