Randstad Education are currently recruiting for an Attendance Administrator for a long-term role based in a Liverpool Secondary School.

Responsibilities:
* Monitoring school attendance records and identify trends and 'at-risk' students
* Follow up on absences and lateness with parents/guardians
* Work with Heads of Year and the Safeguarding Team to support vulnerable learners
* Support the SLT to develop strategies to improve attendance
* Liaising with external agencies, such as Welfare Officers and Social Services, where required
* Maintaining accurate records in accordance with school policy and legal requirements
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
