We provide the front-end design and engineering capability across the Programme and Project Partners (PPP) portfolio. Being part of the PPP Team offers a unique opportunity to drive change and innovation in engineering, safety, and delivery solutions in one of the most complex industrial sites in the UK if not the world.
The role of the PPP is to help to deliver a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects as quickly and safely as possible, creating new facilities that allow Sellafield to treat, manage and store waste safely for decades to come.
We are now recruiting for Architectural Technicians (all levels)
You will preferably have experience of working in the nuclear sector, but also those with relevant industrial design experience looking to work in a technically challenging environment
* Delivery of architectural design, assessment studies and technical documentation through all RIBA stages
* Technical and professional guidance, support, and development of the necessary design work
* Communication and co-ordination with other design team members
* Assisting in the delivery of complex design projects
If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:
* Broad experience in industrial and/or highly regulated design sectors
* Good all-round technical design expertise to British and international regulations and standards
* Experience in the preparation and delivery of drawing packages and key project deliverables for complex building projects
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team
* Good level of proficiency in BIM Level 2 and Autodesk Revit
* Preferably CIAT registered
