Due to expansion & growth in our clinical trials department, we now have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Co-Ordinator to join our UK team.
Vitalograph is a leading manufacturer of medical respiratory diagnostic devices and software, used in the diagnosis of respiratory disorders, and advanced high-reliability equipment and software systems used in respiratory end-point clinical drug trials. We have designed, developed and manufactured respiratory diagnostic devices, software, and consumables for healthcare professionals, for 60 years. Headquartered in the UK, Vitalograph has operations in Ireland, Germany, and the USA.
Responsibilities as a Project Co-Ordinator:
* Assisting Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager with general study duties
* To assist the Program Manager and (Senior) Project Manager with the monitoring for GCP compliance within centralized clinical trials
* Assisting with reporting on study progress
* Assisting with problem solving project issues
* Assisting with training Monitors and Investigators
* Writing study related documents as requested by Project Team
* Assisting with writing, updating and printing study manuals
* Gathering information on Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies (as required) to assist other members of Vitalograph team with sales opportunities
* Attending conferences on behalf of Vitalograph in a sales capacity
* Ensuring any study related documents are filed and stored appropriately
Requirements as a Project Co-Ordinator:
* Organisational skills and the ability to use project management tools
* Understanding of GCP
* Ability to demonstrate / train on Spirotrac software
