This is a long-term placement, offering the chance to make a real difference in a child's life. You'll be working on a 1:1 basis with a pupil who needs additional support to focus on their learning and manage challenging or defiant behaviour. What you'll do: Implement personalised behaviour support plans to help the pupil thrive. Provide one-on-one guidance and encouragement throughout the school day. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a consistent and nurturing environment. Track and document the pupil's progress to measure the impact of your support.
