THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Junior to Midweight Project Manager for a 6-month contract to support a leading global enterprise client in the energy sector. The role involves strategic project management support across the agency, working closely with creative, communications, and production teams.
You will play a key role in steering complex projects to success, guiding cross-functional teams through planning and execution. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with senior stakeholders and diverse teams. You will report to our Senior Project Manager, overseeing risks, driving innovative solutions, and maintaining high standards in a dynamic global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Senior Project Manager by partnering with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
2. Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with campaign objectives and market-specific needs.
3. Ensuring effective localization of global campaign strategies to deliver relevant content while maintaining brand consistency.
4. Facilitating regular check-ins and progress updates to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and promote efficient problem-solving.
5. Monitoring and managing campaign budgets, allocating resources efficiently to meet project goals.
6. Identifying and managing potential risks to timelines or budgets, taking proactive steps to mitigate delays or costs, and escalating when necessary.
7. Overseeing quality and compliance of campaign outputs across all markets, ensuring materials meet high standards and local regulations.
Experience:
* Proven experience in delivering large-scale campaigns with multiple stakeholders and international clients, suitable for early to mid-level professionals reporting to an SPM.
* Experience in creative agencies with a strong understanding of media and production processes.
* Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft 365 is preferred.
* Confident and strong-minded, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders, including client-facing communication.
* Must be based near London and available to work in the Bishopsgate office three days a week.
