Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding, and EYFS standards. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff teams. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience supporting children with SEN needs is essential.
