Our client rquires a Site Operative to start ASAP in Newport this role it is on permanent basis. The Site Operative role invoves assisitng the Site Manager and Trades on site. The Site Operative role it would be preferable if the operative has Glasshouse experience in undertaking various tasks associated with glasshouse construction and fit out such as steel erecting, glazing, gutters, drainage, and doors etc. The Site Operative must have: * CSCS card holder, PASMA * IPAF MEWP operation. * Full UK Driving license (Clean). Non-Essential / Beneficial • Experience in undertaking various tasks associated with Glasshouse construction and fit out such as steel erecting, glazing, gutters, doors etc. • Knowledge and understanding of water/plumbing/pipework, heating, and awareness of electrical systems. • SSSTS. • Telehandler operation / CPCS training The Site Operative role salary is negociable, plus regular overtime, vans, tool.
