Job title: Service Coordinator
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Service Coordinator to join our Association. The Service Coordinator will be based in our offices in Chesterfield.

Purpose of the role
* To develop and deliver a personcentred support package that is tailored to the needs of each young person accessing the service.
* To protect support and educate young people about incidents and safeguarding in a person centred way to meet the needs and ensure safety of the young people within our accommodation in line with the Associations values policies and procedures.
* To support and assist young people in developing the skills required to build resilience overcome barriers and advocate for themselves to enable them to move on into permanent housing integrate into communities and maintain their independence in line with their specific needs.
* To adopt a person centred and trauma informed approach to build trust with our Young People and develop tailored support plans in line with our Statement of Purpose and OFSTED regulations.

Adullam Homes Housing Association was created in 1972 to support vulnerable individuals and households. From the simple beginning of a single property in Birmingham Adullam has expanded into new geographical locations and developed new services.
Over the years it has introduced and run innovative projects to offer tenants residents and service users opportunities for housing support education and training.
