I’m working with a well-established, data-driven business that has recently evolved how it uses analytics.
They’ve already moved to a self-serve environment (Power BI, SQL, DAX), meaning the reporting and dashboards are in place. The focus now is on becoming far more strategic and insight-led, and that’s where this role comes in.
This position sits at the heart of the D2C function, working across digital, marketing and contact centre teams to turn data into meaningful insight and influence real business decisions.
The role
* Turn data into clear, actionable insight. What’s working, what isn’t, and what to change
* Drive performance across digital, lead gen and contact centre
* Support real-time decision making and deep dives into conversion, customer journey and marketing ROI
* Work closely with stakeholders. Influencing, challenging and guiding decisions
* Build/refine Power BI models where needed
* Coach a junior analyst and contribute to a collaborative team
What they need
* SQL + Power BI (DAX)
* Experience delivering insight, not just reporting
* Strong stakeholder skills, able to influence, challenge and communicate effectively
* Able to adapt your style depending on the audience
* Interest in AI / advanced analytics and how it can be applied to drive better insight and decision making
* Contact centre / D2C experience is a strong plus
