Position Summary
CSR is collaborating with a leading building and construction consultancy to recruit a senior Quantity Surveyor. The role supports high‑value projects—such as a commercial building (£10M), a hotel (£8M), and a tourism project (£30M+). The Surveyor will enhance value for money, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with all legal and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Financially manage 2‑3 projects concurrently.
* Oversee junior and trainee commercial staff.
* Ensure projects meet legal and quality standards.
* Support value‑for‑money and efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
* Quantity Surveying degree.
* Four or more years of experience.
* Chartered or non‑chartered acceptable.
