Multi Skilled Mobile (Gas) Engineer(Midlands)

1. Working in a variety of buildings throughout the region.
2. Carrying out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
3. Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance on various systems and complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
4. Working on Pumps, Air Handling Units, pressurisation units.
5. Excellent understanding of Commercial Heating Systems
6. Experience in all aspects of commercial gas, servicing, repairs and installs
7. Excellent knowledge of current gas regulations
8. Possess comprehensive technical skills to fault find and rectify
9. Good controls knowledge
10. Good plumbing skills
11. Knowledge of BMS Systems Have a flexible approach to work
12. Be prepared to work out of hours when required and be part of the out of hours call out rota (1 in 14)
13. Basic Electrical Safety Knowledge Experience
14. 18th edition(Preferred)
15. Commercial gas qualifications
16. Unvented Hot Water
