We have exciting part-time opportunities available for Customer Experience Advisors to join our fast-paced contact centre on a permanent basis, working up to 28 hours per week. Candidates must be able to work:
1. Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (8 hours per day)
2. The remaining 12 hours can be worked across 2 or 3 other weekdays, but must include the hours of 12-2 pm on the working days.
The first 6 months will be based at our contact centre in Basingstoke. After training in a specialist area with a strong foundation knowledge of housing management and repairs, hybrid working options may be available.
Here’s The Facts About The Role
As a customer experience advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and digital inquiries.
You’ll provide friendly, efficient, and helpful first-class customer service, aiming for a ‘right first time’ approach, working closely with colleagues and other teams to resolve inquiries at first contact where possible. Excellent communication skills are essential, as most of your time will be on the phone.

* Enjoyment of a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills.
