We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager (SPM) to spearhead our greenfield initiative to deliver a best-in-class Cloud experience for our customers. This is a high-impact role focused on migrating and modernizing our platform from desktop to cloud while embedding advanced AI capabilities that drive operational excellence and measurable sustainability outcomes.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and business case creation to launch and go-to-market execution, working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring technical fluency, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence the highest levels of the organization.
What you'll do
* Lead our greenfield Cloud product initiative, defining and executing the vision for a next-generation B2B SaaS platform.
* Drive the migration from desktop to Cloud, ensuring scalability, performance, and customer-centric design.
* Embed AI capabilities into the product—leveraging modern AI tech stacks to deliver both internal operational efficiencies and customer-facing innovations.
* Translate company strategy into a clear product roadmap aligned with commercial outcomes.
* Prepare robust business cases and conduct market analysis to validate opportunities.
* Clearly articulate "when and how we will get the first unit sale and with whom."
* Partner closely with Engineering to negotiate roadmap commitments and delivery timelines.
* Operate effectively in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment—driving agility while navigating enterprise realities.
* Lead product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Marketing.
* Present product strategy and progress to ELT-level stakeholders and secure executive buy-in.
* Demo and evangelize the product vision internally and externally.
* Engage directly with customers to validate needs, gather feedback, and support AI-driven product launches.
Capabilities
* Technical Background (Preferred): Strong technical foundation; prior coding experience is highly desirable.
* Project Management Excellence: Self-starter, highly organized, capable of driving complex initiatives independently.
* Executive Communication: Comfortable presenting to and influencing ELT-level stakeholders.
* Methodology Versatility: Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of monetization strategy, pricing logic, and first-customer acquisition strategy.
* Business Case & Market Analysis: Skilled in opportunity sizing, ROI modeling, and competitive positioning.
* Product Evangelism: Able to clearly articulate and "sell" the product vision internally.
* AI Tech Stack Familiarity: Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, model deployment, and operational AI tooling.
Key Experience
* 7+ years of Product Management experience, including time as a Senior Product Manager
* Proven experience building and launching B2B SaaS products from scratch.
* Demonstrated experience leading Desktop-to-Cloud migrations.
* Strong Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership experience owning launches in partnership with Marketing
* and Sales.
* Experience working closely with Engineering teams and negotiating roadmap trade-offs.
* Track record of launching customer-facing AI products.
* Experience operating in complex, cross-functional environments.
Nice to Have
* Experience in LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) or Climate Tech.
* Background in sustainability, ESG, or carbon accounting solutions.
