What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing a diverse commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and refinancing.
* Delegating tasks effectively to the legal support team to ensure work is completed on time.
* Providing practical, commercially-focused advice to clients and building strong professional relationships.
* Keeping up-to-date with developments in commercial property law to maintain technical excellence.
* Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture and supporting the growth of the property practice.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified solicitor with solid experience in commercial property law (ideally circa 2 years PQE+)
* Knowledgeable and confident across all aspects of commercial property matters.
* Highly organised and able to manage your own workload while supporting others efficiently.
* A true team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and contributing to a positive environment.
* A people person who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
* Skilled at managing time and priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
* Comfortable using technology, including case management systems, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
