We are looking for a Business Development Executive with both accounting knowledge and sales & marketing experience to help grow our client base. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping businesses get the best from their accounting services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage with potential clients in need of accounting, tax, and advisory services.
* Carry out cold calling, telesales, and social media marketing to generate leads.
* Visit local businesses to present our services and secure sign-ups.
* Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track follow-ups.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
* Work closely with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.
* Represent the firm at networking events, business expos, and community activities.
Requirements:
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and UK tax services.
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in professional services).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and over the phone.
* Ability to build strong relationships and trust with prospective clients.
* Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms for business promotion.
* A valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally to meet clients.
