Salary £45,000 - £60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Commission
We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a growing team within a well-established global logistics business. This company has had a European presence for over 50 years and is currently in their next phase of expansion.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
* Driving high-value new business opportunities in line with strategic growth targets
* Building, developing and maintaining senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
* Staying up to date with market trends, competitor activity and industry changes
* Identifying, assessing and reporting opportunities for expansion through new customers, new routes and new service offerings
What you’ll need:
* Proven experience selling Road, Air or Sea Freight at a senior level
* A strong commercial mindset with a track record of exceeding targets
* The ability to build and maintain long-term strategic relationships
* A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong leadership capability
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, face-to-face and via telephone
