Digital Marketing Executive (Email)
Become part of The Woodland Trust’s mission to protect and restore woodland habitats by driving effective email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
* You’ll support colleagues to deliver inspirational email campaigns.
* You’ll advise on best practice regarding HTML for emails, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
* You’ll report on email campaign performance and optimise through testing audience segmentation and user journey improvements.
* You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with ESP providers.
* You’ll keep up to date with email best practice, trends, new technologies & functionality to improve marketing KPI’s.
* You’ll use project management tools such as Monday.com.
* This role is a 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract.
* This role includes a mix of working from home and at our main office in Grantham, Lincolnshire – visits to Grantham no more than once a month on average.
Candidate Profile
* Enthusiasm for the environment & alignment with our core values – Grow Together, Explore, Focus & Make it Count.
* Experience managing email marketing systems and schedules.
* Knowledge of email service providers.
* Experience planning and producing effective email campaigns.
* Strong collaboration & communication skills with internal & external stakeholders.
* Knowledge of HTML.
* Experience reporting on email campaigns activity, testing & suggesting improvements to optimise success.
* Strong prioritisation skills – work on multiple campaigns at once.
* Knowledge of GDPR & best practice guidelines & ability to ensure compliance throughout email campaigns.
* Experience creating on‑brand templates.
