Workshop Controller – Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction.
* Manage workshop workflow, productivity, and safety standards.
* Drive results while keeping communication clear between the workshop and bodyshop teams.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main‑dealer environment with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a busy workshop.
* Full UK driving licence with no excessive penalties.
* Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly.
* Customer‑first attitude.
