Clinical Deputy Manager - Tarring Manor, Worthing - £27.50 per hour. 70 bedded Dementia and Residential Care Home. Full time; 40 hours per week. Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.

Responsibilities
* Assist the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the nursing home.
* Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained, meeting regulatory and company standards.
* Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
* Lead, mentor, and support nursing and care staff to deliver exceptional care.
* Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain and improve care standards.
* Act as a point of contact for residents, families, and external healthcare professionals in the absence of the Home Manager.
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
* Proven experience in a clinical leadership role.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine passion for providing personalised, high-quality care.
