Frazer Jones is partnering with a well-established organisation in Bristol who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, generalist HR professional to join a busy HR team and make an immediate impact, particularly across Employee Relations and stakeholder support.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing a broad range of Employee Relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
* Providing practical, solutions-focused HR advice to managers across the organisation
* Reviewing and updating of HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation
* Building strong relationships to ensure effective stakeholder management and engagement
* Supporting the wider HR team with generalist activity and ongoing projects
What you'll need:
* Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
* Strong capability in handling Employee Relations cases end-to-end
* Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders
* Able to work at pace and manage a varied workload
