Hobbs - Supervisor (30 hours, Maternity Cover)

Our Supervisors play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you will champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.
What you'll do:
* Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
* Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
* Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
* Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.

This is a 30 hour position and will include working weekends.
