Responsibilities
* Pro Produces designs/selections for electrical power, control panels & devices, variable speed drives and wire harnesses in accordance with UL, NEC, IBC and OSHPD requirements.
* Proficient in electrical design, able to conceptualize and integrate new ideas into the product.
* Responsible for technical direction of the Engineering Leadership team and ultimately the AHU business.
* Being a hands-on Leader who increases the performance of your team by example, coaching, education and skills development.
* Strives for continuous improvement in a highly configurable product that relies upon clear problem statements, communication and collaboration to succeed.
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment with other leaders & Engineers on product and technology development programs for engineering changes and new product development.
* Responsible for engineering collateral, rules/calculators, drawings, BOMs and all critical attributes that define the design.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field; minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
* Experience designing industrial products and/or Industrial building systems.
* Knowledge of power and power distribution.
* Enjoyment of the hands-on experience, seeing your work being built and the pride of ownership.
* Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 10% of time).
Preferred
* Familiarity with HVAC Systems and motor driven mechanical engineering design.

* Salary range: $109,000–$146,000; bonus plan based on individual, group, and corporate performance
