7. Learning Support Assistant (LSA), East Grinstead
Rate: £90–£110/day
Contract: Day-to-day supply, permanent, temp to perm
Location: East Grinstead and surrounding areas
Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support for pupils with learning difficulties or SEN
* Assist with literacy, numeracy, and structured catch-up interventions
* Support pupils during independent work and transitions
* Adapt worksheets and resources to meet individual learner needs
* Help monitor pupil behaviour, progress, and wellbeing
* Promote independence, self-regulation, and social skills
Requirements / Advantages:
* Driving licence is a strong plus (gives access to more schools)
* Child-only Enhanced DBS required
* Previous experience in education / SEN desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
