We’re looking for an enthusiastic and confident Team Leader, to lead a dispersed team of Careers Advisors, across Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
The Role
* Lead and motivate a team of Careers Advisors, across multiple sites.
* Support staff to deliver high-quality career guidance to a vulnerable / disadvantaged client group, helping them progress into employment, education or training.
* Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and performance targets.
* Monitor and review staff caseloads.
* Carry out audits, observations, and additional quality monitoring activities.
* Promote innovation and creativity to fulfil the requirements of the contract, and the needs of each site.
Essential Criteria
* Have experience in leading a team, with in the employability sector.
* Must have experience working with vulnerable / disadvantaged client groups.
* Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Full clean driving licence and use of own vehicle (must be flexible with travel across the above geographical area).
