You’ll take ownership of a specialist recruitment desk, with the chance to develop your own client base and reputation.
· Trades & Labour – Support active construction sites with workforce solutions
· Mechanical & Electrical – Work across Electrical & Plumbing sectors (temp & perm)
· White Collar – Place professional and senior-level candidates

· Building relationships with clients and candidates
· Identifying and winning new business opportunities
· Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
· Working towards clear targets and achievable goals
