If you are an experienced accounts professional who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join the team at a growing company, this could be the role for you! Key Responsibilities Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date financial records.
Utilise accounting software Sage to manage financial transactions and reporting.
Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports as required by management.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an accounts assistant role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software Sage is essential.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial services.
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new systems.
