About the Role As a Children’s Contact Worker, you will: Safely transport children and young people from their placement to contact venues and return them afterwards. Supervise contact sessions between children and their parents, carers, or others as set out in care plans. Provide clear written reports on contact sessions using agreed templates. Recognise and report safeguarding concerns to senior staff and allocated social workers. Maintain contact rooms to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Use IT systems as required and participate in ongoing training. Work flexibly, including outside of core hours, to meet service needs.About You We are looking for individuals with: Substantial experience of working directly with children under 10 (paid, voluntary, or personal).
