Job Description
Drive new business generation and expand share of business with existing OEM customers across White Goods, Metro, and RFQ management, including techno-commercial feasibility, pricing, and internal go/no-go sales forecasting, MIS, and target achievement, ensuring alignment with customer production key accounts end-to-end, including negotiations, quarterly reviews, and senior-level customer profitable growth through margin monitoring, cost escalation discussions, and price revisions.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Supply Chain, Production) to ensure timely development and execution.
The Successful Applicant
10-12 years of experience in OEM-facing sales / key account management within auto components, white goods components, or industrial exposure to RFQs, techno-commercial negotiations, forecasting, and profitability ability to manage complex customer relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.Engineering or MBA background with strong communication and negotiation skills.
