You will be delivering an array of different services that we offer, whilst also being a wraparound co ordinator at one of our partner schools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Delivery
* Organise and deliver a varied programme of activities (sports, creative play, homework support, wellbeing).
* Ensure activities are inclusive, age-appropriate, and promote children's development.
* Manage daily routines such as registration, snacks/meals, and transitions.
2. Safeguarding & Welfare
* Take responsibility for the care, safety, and wellbeing of all children in the provision.
* Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and first aid procedures at all times.
* Maintain accurate registers, incident reports, and records.
3. Administration & Communication
* Liaise with parents and school staff, in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage bookings, attendance records, and payments (if required).
4. Quality & Development
* Ensure provision meets Ofsted and local authority standards.
* Gather feedback from children, parents, and staff to improve the offer.
* Promote the service to maximise attendance and sustainability.

● Plan and deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to individual children, teams, or classes
● Introduce nursery, preschool, and primary school children to a variety of new sports

Must-Haves:
● Strong desire to use sports to improve young lives
● Confidence and comedic flair to engage and entertain children
● Ability to transmit positive energy and enthusiasm to a group of children
● Experience working in a Primary School, Day nursery or Pre-School
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£17.50 per hour
