Field Sales Representative - Epsom (Red Bull Grocery). This permanent, full-time role is field-based with a salary of £30,092.48, plus a 15% performance bonus, company car, fuel card and tech provided. Location: Epsom. Category: Field Based.
This role represents one of the world’s most powerful brands and involves working on the front line to build relationships, drive availability, and influence decisions in store. You will be part of the Acosta Europe field-based team supporting Red Bull.
Responsibilities
* Win prime space and maximise visibility in-store
* Drive volume and execute merchandising and brand activations
* Own relationships with key in-store decision makers
* Influence range, availability and promotional execution including secondary displays and extra shelf space
* Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores
* Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every store visit
* Report activity accurately and feed back market insight
* Operate with a results-driven mindset and be rewarded for performance
What we are looking for
* A natural influencer with commercial instincts
* Target driven, competitive and resilient
* Confident talking to anyone from store staff to senior managers
* Organised, self-motivated and able to work independently
* Tech savvy and comfortable reporting on activity
* Full UK manual driving licence
* Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus but not required; attitude, hunger and drive are valued
