Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services. Working to empower people with a range of care needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, we are committed to helping our clients recognise their strengths, abilities and personal resources.
Our supported living services in Clayton, Low Moor, Queensbury and Thornton provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, all who have unique support needs. To provide this care we require warm, motivated and person-centred Support Workers with a keen interest in providing personalised support to meet individual care plans.
Full or part time hours available, including the option for sleep-ins.
Your duties as a Support Worker will include:
Providing respectful care, as well as practical and emotional support to the service users at our Bradford services
Maximising social opportunities and community engagement
Developing and sustaining warm and trusting relationships with service users
Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
Previous experience for our Support Worker roles is not essential. You will receive a full local and corporate induction.
A full UK, clean manual driving license and a minimum of one-year driving experience is a requirement for this role.
