Duties
* Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey

* Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring all documentation is up to date
* Collaborate with dental professionals to develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs
* Educate patients on treatment options, procedures, and aftercare instructions
* Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
* Assist in the coordination of insurance claims and financial arrangements
* Maintain a clean and organised office environment
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
* Proficient in using office software and managing electronic health records
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
