I am working with a client in North Leeds who are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to be the backbone of our growing business. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, support field teams, and help keep systems, records and processes accurate and up to date.
What you’ll be doingCustomer & Team Support
1. Answering iing calls and handling customer enquiries professionally.
2. Arranging service calls and supporting day‑to‑day operations
3. Liaising with suppliers, placing orders and checking deliveries
4. Supporting staff with queries and keepingmunication flowing
5. Sending texts and reminders to support daily routines
6. Chasing subcontractors for reports
Administration & Reporting
7. Maintaining digital and paper filing systems
8. Producing reports and assisting with end‑of‑year and start‑of‑year tasks
9. Printing reports, preparing folder inserts and assembling folders
10. Archiving files and managing records for terminated contracts
IT & Systems Administration
11. Supporting the admin side of the training system
12. Uploading certificates to the website
13. Maintaining accurate data across systems
CRM (Buddy) Management
14. Checking information for accuracy and supporting field staff with correct data entries.
15. Keeping client details up to date
16. Entering new contracts and processing updates
Operations & Logistics
17. Booking hotels for staff
18. Managing annual price increases, updating the database and producing client letters
19. Ordering office supplies, fly killers and other products
20. Maintaining order books, tracking order numbers and checking deliveries
