The job itself
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join our team from September 2026 on a temporary, part-time basis.
This role is for 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday full days) and offers a wonderful opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative Early Years environment.
What we are looking for:
1. A qualified teacher with proven experience teaching within EYFS
2. Strong knowledge and experience of phonics teaching
3. Familiarity with the Read Write Inc. phonics scheme (highly desirable)
4. A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
5. A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
(being a strong team player is essential in our setting)

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Able to contribute to a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
