This service supports people to overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve their long-term goals. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a tangible difference in people's lives. You will work directly with individuals facing homelessness and other complex needs, providing structured, person-centred support.Working Pattern: You will work on a 9-week rolling rota, covering early (07:00 - 15:30) and late shifts (13:00 - 21:30), including 3 weekends within each 9-week period.Key Responsibilities:Deliver person-centred support, empowering individuals to progress on their recovery journey and achieve sustainable independenceBuild strong, therapeutic relationships using a psychologically informed and trauma-sensitive approachFacilitate client meetings and encourage active participation in decision-makingDevelop, implement, and regularly review individual support plans within required timeframesWork one-to-one with clients to achieve agreed goals and positive outcomesEnsure clients are supported to maximise benefits and manage personal finances in line with their plansCollaborate with colleagues to design and deliver effective in-house support programmesCoordinate and delegate tasks to assistant support workers to ensure support plans are carried out effectivelyIdentify and refer to appropriate external services where additional support needs cannot be met internallyComplete and review client assessments, including risk assessments, ensuring a safe and supportive environmentAbout You:It is essential that you have experience of working with individuals who have experienced homelessness or have been at high risk of homelessness.Knowledge of the challenges faced by individuals experiencing homelessness and vulnerabilityAn understanding of psychologically informed environments and trauma-aware practiceConfidence in decision-making and the ability to take initiativeStrong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalCompetency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office applicationsWhat We Offer:A supportive and collaborative team environmentThe opportunity to make a meaningful impactPotential for permanent employment following the temporary contractOngoing training and professional development For more info, please contact Nathan Jackson on or apply now.
