Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales – Central London
Up to £37,000 + great bonus, company car or car allowance & home-based contract

If you are currently working in Field Sales or have the talent to match your ambition to thrive in the biggest and best Food Service sales force, and are passionate about building a career in sales, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our Independent Sales Team.
Key Accountabilities
* Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector.
* Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
* Partner with your customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer a wide range of practical solutions and products.
* Understand competitor activity and proposals, ensuring you always offer the best local solutions to your customers.
* Work proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a successful handover.
* Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.
You should be highly service-focused, putting the customer at the center of everything you do, providing the best solutions to support and grow their business. Tenacious and resilient, you’re a self-starter with the drive and determination to succeed, with demonstrable experience of delivering against targets. You’ll be self-motivated to develop yourself continuously, learning from a diverse range of skills and experiences, and engaging with our Learning & Development programmes. There are opportunities to progress into various commercial roles to develop your career further.
Confidence with our modernisation programme and new technology, such as Salesforce (experience not essential but advantageous), is important to improve customer experience and optimise performance.
