The Information Management Lead will support our existing digital solutions team, delivering consistent information management across WSP’s Programme Solutions business, working closely with the Digital PMO, Project Controls and programme delivery teams.
Responsibilities
* Support the application of Information Management approaches aligned to ISO 19650 across programmes and clients.
* Work closely with the Digital PMO to ensure information structures and data support programme controls, assurance and reporting.
* Act as a point of expertise for Information Management within Programme Solutions delivery teams.
* Ensure information and data structures are aligned to programme reporting and insight needs.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of data quality and usability across programmes.
* Provide functional oversight of Document Controllers supporting Programme Solutions programmes.
* Support consistent application of document control standards, workflows and good practice.
Tools, Platforms & Integration
* Maintain working familiarity with Common Data Environments and contract administration systems typically used on infrastructure programmes (e.g. ACC, Aconex, Asite, Viewpoint / CEMAR).
* Support effective and consistent use of these platforms in line with programme and client requirements.
* Understand how structured information and data support 4D (time‑linked) and 5D (cost‑linked) digital delivery.
* Work alongside planning, cost and Digital PMO colleagues to support integration where required.
* Power platform experience and PowerBI reporting ability.
Essential
* Experience delivering Information Management or BIM on complex infrastructure programmes.
* Demonstrable knowledge of the ISO 19650 suite of standards and the application of Information Management aligned to these standards.
* Experience working with programme‑level data, reporting or information structures.
* Experience working with or overseeing document control activities.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable
* Experience supporting the development or improvement of Information Management capability.
* Experience in transport, utilities, energy or public‑sector infrastructure programmes.
* Awareness of how Information Management supports 4D/5D digital delivery.
Qualifications & Professional Development
* Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
* Professional accreditation or engagement in Information Management / BIM communities is desirable.
