Duties
* Perform a range of beauty treatments including skincare, waxing, facials, massages, beauty treatments with precision and care
* Provide personalised consultations to understand clients' needs and recommend suitable treatments
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across treatment areas and equipment
* Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills
* Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences
* Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services
* Promote retail products where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Experience
* Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry
* Have a minimum of 5 years experience.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
* Ability to build rapport with clients through excellent communication skills and professionalism
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to beauty therapy practices
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for specific treatments as needed
