The Role
Workshop Engineer who will take ownership of repairs and maintenance on rotating equipment, ensuring every job meets exacting standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with the Workshop Supervisor and Manager, playing a key role in keeping customer operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Repair and overhaul electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes.
* Carry out mechanical maintenance, repairs, and assembly of rotating equipment.
* Perform fault‑finding and diagnostic work on breakdown equipment.
* Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to customer specifications.
* Follow strict Health & Safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace.
* Complete all workshop documentation accurately and promptly.
* Support colleagues to achieve shared goals and customer satisfaction.
About You
You are hands‑on, reliable, and take pride in delivering quality work. You have solid experience with rotating equipment and an eye for detail that ensures every repair is done right the first time.
