Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage international freight movements across air, sea, and road.
* Liaise with carriers, agents, and customs to ensure timely and compliant shipments.
* Generate new business leads and actively follow up to convert opportunities into long-term clients.
* Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
* Prepare and manage shipping documentation, customs entries, and quotations.
* Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in freight forwarding or international logistics.
* Strong understanding of import/export procedures and documentation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts.
* A proactive approach to lead generation and business development.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
