Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated hard working experienced paint sprayer who is a team player and looking to join a thriving business that is continuously looking to improve and values its employees as its greatest asset.
Opportunities include job specific product training alongside experienced team members to gain skills and knowledge of our manufacturing processes to ensure strict quality parameters and maintained whilst allowing us to develop and enhance our team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years paint spraying experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally paint spraying wood products.
Responsibilities
· Mixing paints or lacquers and spraying wood products on the line to quality standards
· Ensuring paint booth and equipment cleanliness and TPM
· Some sanding, burnishing, filling and working of wood in preparation for painting
· Using hand / power tools and wood prepping equipment
· Some lifting and manual handling
Experience
* At least 2 years paint spraying experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally paint spraying wood products
Safety
· Follow company health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
· Wearing of supplied PPE for specific tasks
· Manage housekeeping in area ensuring it's a safe place to work
Quality
· Right first-time approach, following companies' quality standards and report any defects
· Inspection and checking materials once they have been sprayed

Pay: £12.21-£17.00 per hour
