Working Hours: 5 Out Of 7 Rolling Rota 08:00 – 17:30Shifts Available

As a Driving Operations Coordinator your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
* Managing a fleet of drivers
* Updating all drivers’ working patterns on the rota, including new and current drivers
* Handling drivers’ shifts, sickness, holiday requests, and overtime
* Coordinating daily with drivers and clients to ensure smooth operations
* Addressing any issues or complaints from drivers and depots
* Investigating and reporting incidents between depots and drivers
* Recording and maintaining all driver records, ensuring legal compliance and addressing driver infringements
* Managing the CRM system to ensure all data accurate and up to date
