‘Global Insights Manager’ Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Market Intelligence team globally, driving quality research to expand market intelligence portfolio and increase profitability
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve commercial and financial targets, aligning with overall strategic goals
Manage budgetary responsibilities (P&L) for Market Intelligence, including international operations
Streamline internal processes to optimise team performance and collaboration
Maintain compliance with corporate policies and uphold industry standards for research excellence
Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences worldwide, with occasional international travel
‘Global Insights Manager’ Key Skills:
Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
Proficiency in financial analysis and communication
Extensive knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis
Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams and cultures
Proficiency in PC Software and applications
Understanding of the construction and HVAC industry preferred
