Role Description
This is a contract, on‑site role for a Revenue Operations Specialist located in Eastbourne. The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for aligning sales processes, optimizing revenue streams, and enhancing operational efficiency. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing sales and revenue data, conducting performance analysis, developing process improvement strategies, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless business operations that drive growth.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in data analysis tools, CRM systems, and performance metrics reporting
* Experience with process development, workflow optimization, and automation tools
* Strong understanding of sales and revenue strategies, pipeline management, and forecastingExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
* Problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges
* Familiarity with emerging technologies, marketing automation, and industry trends
* Background or experience in industries like engineering, manufacturing, or professional services is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, or a related field
