About the role
1. You launch and lead the kitchen for a new opening in April
2. You build and develop the kitchen team
3. You create and deliver seasonal menus
4. You set kitchen standards from day one
5. You manage ordering, stock and GP
6. You work closely with senior management during pre-opening and beyond
The offer
7. Salary £36,000 to £38,000
8. Tronc around £7,000
9. Bonus potential up to £7,500

12. Proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
13. Experience in openings is helpful but not essential
14. Confident leading busy fresh food service
15. Track record of training and developing teams
16. Strong menu knowledge and cost control ability
